Established by Lemuel Balagot in January 1982, L.A. Rose Cafe has remained a staple for the local Los Feliz, Silverlake and Hollywood communities to this day. L.A. Rose Cafe has developed a following of Filipinos and foodies in-the-know by serving authentic Filipino favorites as well as an eclectic mix of world cuisine.
